About Coastal Mystic Gems
Coastal Mystic Gems is a Florida-based handmade-jewelry business offering crystal pendants, braided necklaces, and other jewelry pieces.
Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Coastal Mystic Gems. “You” and “your” refer to website visitors and customers.
Eligibility to Make a Purchase
You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to place an order.
By completing a purchase, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Handmade and One-of-a-Kind Jewelry
Our jewelry is handmade, and many pieces are one of a kind. Natural crystals may contain variations in color, shape, pattern, texture, clarity, inclusions, and surface characteristics. Hand-braided and handcrafted elements may also have small variations.
These natural and handmade characteristics are part of each piece’s individuality and are not considered defects.
We make reasonable efforts to display each item accurately. However, colors and details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the device used to view the website.
Product Measurements
Product measurements are approximate unless expressly identified as exact. Pendant measurements may be listed with or without the bail, as specified in the individual product description.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, measurements, photographs, materials, and care information before purchasing.
Product Availability
Because many pieces are one of a kind, adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. A product is reserved only after checkout and payment are successfully completed.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct inventory errors, or cancel an order when an item is unavailable. If we cancel an order because the product is unavailable, the amount paid for that item will be refunded.
Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
We may accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through Wix or third-party payment providers according to their terms and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, an incorrect price, a website error, product unavailability, or another legitimate business reason. If payment has already been completed for a canceled order, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States through UPS.
Processing times, shipping rates, tracking, insurance, address responsibilities, shipping damage, carrier delays, and lost-package procedures are explained in our separate Shipping Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, exclusions, and cancellation requirements are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the deadlines and conditions described in that policy.
Copper and Jewelry Care
Real copper naturally reacts with air, moisture, skin oils, lotions, and individual body chemistry. It may darken, develop a patina, or temporarily leave a green or dark mark on the skin. These reactions are natural characteristics of genuine copper and are not considered product defects.
Jewelry should be kept away from water, perfume, cosmetics, hairspray, cleaning products, and other chemicals. Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, sleeping, or exercising.
Coastal Mystic Gems is not responsible for damage, tarnishing, discoloration, broken components, or changes caused by ordinary wear, accidents, improper storage, exposure to moisture or chemicals, or failure to follow the provided care instructions.
Metal Sensitivities and Allergies
Some people may experience skin irritation or sensitivity when wearing certain metals, fibers, finishes, or jewelry components.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the materials listed in the product description and determining whether a piece is suitable for them. Stop wearing the jewelry if irritation occurs and seek medical advice when appropriate.
Crystals, Copper, and Spiritual Beliefs
Descriptions of the traditional, spiritual, energetic, or metaphysical properties of crystals and copper are based on folklore, cultural traditions, and modern spiritual beliefs. They are shared for informational and inspirational purposes only.
Our jewelry and website content are not intended to provide medical advice or to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or health condition. Jewelry should not replace professional medical care, medication, counseling, or any treatment recommended by a qualified healthcare provider.
We do not guarantee that wearing a crystal, copper, or any piece of jewelry will produce a particular physical, emotional, financial, or spiritual result.
